UPC Kids

The purpose of the nursery ministry is to care for babies from birth to 24 months in a clean, safe, and loving environment. There are three rooms for babies - a room for sleeping babies, a room for crawlers, and a room for walkers. Here children are provided a nurturing environment that will establish caring relationships that begin at birth. It is not merely a babysitting service, but a ministry to both the parents of UPC as well as our guests.

Sunday School:

UPC Kids strives to teach God's word and apply the biblical truths learned to everyday life. We do this by using a God-centered curriculum and a creative learning environment. The Sunday School hours are designed to teach the children how to know God through his word and live out the gospel daily. Each lesson has a "pre-teach" sheet so that the parents are equipped to reinforce what is being taught. Bible memory is an important part of the morning and the children enjoy the challenge of memorizing God's word.

Sunday School Classes:
  • 9:00 a.m.: 2 year old's - 5th grade
  • 10:45 a.m.: 2 year old's - Kindergarten
Children's Catechism:

Throughout the year, the children also are encouraged to learn the entire children's catechism. If you would like to help your child learn the catechism, we have all 145 questions and answers here.

Transformers Club:

Transformers Club is a FREE after-school club that meets at UPC on Wednesdays from 2:30 - 5:30 p.m. It's a time for kids to enjoy games, snacks, crafts, music, tutoring, and a life-lesson from the Bible.

You can register your child online. Full registration packets can also be picked up the first day of Transformers Club and returned the next week. Space is limited.

If you have additional questions, you can call the church office at 407-384-3300 or email Robin Kirchhof
